NOAA Fisheries Proposes Listing Columbia River Smelt As Threatened Under ESA
NOAA’s Fisheries Service said this week it is proposing to list Pacific smelt as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. Final action on the proposal could come as soon as a year from now.
